Job Description

This isn't your typical "shop job". As a Mobile RV Technician, you'll be out in the field, travelling to campgrounds, homes, and storage facilities, delivering exceptional service directly to our customers. You'll diagnose, inspect, adjust, and repair recreational vehicles, tackling everything from electrical systems and plumbing to mechanical components. But this role isn't just about the nuts and bolts; it's about connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they're more than satisfied with our service. The “going above and beyond” attitude is a must in this role.


This role requires traveling to customer locations and delivering top-tier service.

This is NOT a training role.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair issues related to recreational vehicles (Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.)
  • Connect electrical systems and water hoses to outside sources as needed
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs based on work orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record and pass a background check
  • Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role
  • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
  • Proficiency in handling various tools and equipment

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill coupled with customer service acumen
  • Prefer to have strong background and experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, carpentry and Maintenance (Additional nice to have: cable TV, network cabling, and fiber optics)
  • A positive attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy, ensuring high-quality service every time
  • Quick learning of new techniques and technologies to stay at the forefront of the industry
  • Continuous improvement mindset
